Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

We offer refunds for Pro and Pro+ subscriptions within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal. To be eligible:

  • The refund request must be made within 14 days of the charge
  • Heavy usage (e.g., 100+ images processed) may reduce the refund amount proportionally
  • Abuse of refund rights or repeated refund requests may result in denial

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. We will review your request within 2 business days
  3. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method

3. Exceptions

  • No refunds after 14 days from the date of purchase
  • Lifetime deals have separate refund terms
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds
  • Partial refunds are issued based on usage during the refund period
