  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or API abuse
  • Uploading copyrighted content without authorization
  • Using the service to generate or spread disinformation
  • Circumventing rate limits or access controls

5. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated edits are provided for reference only. We do not guarantee accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose. You must review outputs before use.

Our service is not intended for medical, legal, or financial professional use. Do not rely on AI-edited images for critical decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

Our brand, code, design, and trademarks are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You receive a license to use processed images for personal or commercial purposes. We make no copyright claim on AI-processed results.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or any damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, if any.
